National Association for the Education of Young children
“The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) is a professional membership organization that works to promote high-quality early learning for all young children, birth through age 8, by connecting early childhood practice, policy, and research. We advance a diverse, dynamic early childhood profession and support all who care for, educate, and work on behalf of young children. Together, we work to achieve a collective vision: that all young children thrive and learn in a society dedicated to ensuring they reach their full potential”( NAEYC, 2020).I admire this international organization because of its efforts to train educators about the best practice.  Also, NAEYC passion takes to ensure that the well-being of children and families educationally and developmentally are being met. I got an impact based on their practice, regards to inclusion, and diversity. Division for Early Childhood
“The Division for Early Childhood (DEC) promotes policies and advances evidence-based practices that support families and enhance the optimal development of young children (0-8) who have or are at risk for developmental delays and disabilities. DEC is an international membership organization for those who work with or on behalf of young children (0-8) with disabilities and other special needs and their families” (DEC, 2020). I admire this organization because they teamed up with NAEYC to have a joint position statement on inclusion. Before this join, there was no explicit statement about inclusion. Also, this organization is focusing on childhood and special education, which is my social change challenge to work with families to face the fact of having a child with a disability. International Job
Searching for jobs overseas is very interesting. Unicef has an appointment for an early childhood protection specialist to provide leadership and guidance to children. I think throughout my ten years' experience in the classroom as an educator and have education as a leader and advocate for children's rights. Also, this job is asking for my home language which is the Arabic language so it will be an excellent opportunity to apply for this poison.

How can you make a difference?
“As the Child Protection Specialist, you will support the Chief of Child Protection in managing the programme, contribute to knowledge development, innovation, and planning, tracking, monitoring and reporting on programme results. You will also provide authoritative technical guidance and operational support throughout all stages of programming to partners; help advocate on child protection issues facing children in Lebanon and facilitate strategic partnerships with other UN Agencies, private sector partners and other stakeholders.”
 To qualify as a champion for every child you will have…
·         Education: An Advanced University degree in international development, human rights, psychology, sociology, international law or other social science field is required.
·         Experience: A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in social development planning and management in child protection and/other related areas at the international level some of which preferably were served in a developing country is required. Relevant experience in child protection and related areas, program/project development, and management in a UN system agency or organization is an asset. Experience in both development and humanitarian contexts is an added advantage.

Global Fund for Children “ We support education from children’s earliest years to secondary school and on through university or vocational training.”    ( The Global Fund for children) The website has the same agendas in the field of education for the youth. Through working together to help end the lack of education, the fund focuses on beating poverty and similar issues through education. It sees education as a means of success, as we do here as well within the course. In order to be successful and be better off than their families, the children are provided with tools for education. Once this education is received, they can get out of the poverty and shambles they are currently in. For us, we can help students here do the absolute same.
