Time Will Spent

Two years ago we started our new journey that would change who we are personally and professionally.

Three lessons I learned throughout this program are….

First, I learned that early childhood education is more than providing and developing children's knowledge and learning skills. It is much more than what is typically seen. It is to have a high-quality setting and providing excellent services. To deliver great services needs to have professionals administer, and another aspect is budgeting, program design, rules, and regulations. Keeping these needs in mind will benefit children, families, and society.

Second, I learned that early childhood education is more than one piece that is needed to complete the picture of understanding early childhood programs and settings. It is a diverse field to provide different services that fit the need of children, families, and the community. It is about how this program can impact and influence families and communities to build a strong community for children and their families.

Third, I learned that families’ engagement, interacting, and partnership is vital an early childhood education. Family’s partnership is producing quality interaction between children, their families, early childhood education, setting, and programs.

There is always room for growth…

My long term goal is to work for international organizations to help children and families around the world to meet their full potential. So, by applying my knowledge and experiences by working in the third countries that need help to meet their basic needs to make a difference to have quality education and fulfill their simple requirements, which is to have an actual primary classroom.

Thank You, Dr. Johnna Darrag Ernst, for your professional interaction, understanding, and working hand on hand to support us to reach and to meet our potential as a gradated student who works on their last subject to graduate.

Thank You to my colleagues for working as great teamwork to support each other critical thinking and sharing their knowledge and experiences.
